Form Status

Form Status is indicated by the form Icon to the left of the form name.

The empty sheet of paper icon is a form that is not updated for the current year and is not ready to be used, however you are able to attach to it.

A full sheet of paper icon is a form that is updated and ready to be used.

An empty circle is a placeholder form. Typically, an old form that is not updated, and you are not able to enter data.
